Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hours advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged half the amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid by your next scheduled appointment. Events/Sparties require a cancellation or reschedule notice of 5 business days in advance, otherwise, any payment will not be refunded and you will be charged half the amount for rescheduling. Full pre-payments for and during specials will not be refunded, no exceptions. Massage credit may be provided and valid for up to 1 year under special circumstances. Properly dated documentation must be provided for late cancelled appointments to be excused and late fee waived. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment, no matter the reason, will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged the full amount for your “missed” appointment. To book another appointment after a no-show, you must purchase the service again. Full pre-payments for and during specials will not be refunded.

Late Starts/Arrivals
If you cause your session to start late or you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you start/arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. This also applies to Events/Sparties. Out of respect and consideration to me as your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
